We are a niche agency that acts as a link between the nerve of the independent music and art scene and the most ambitious projects of the business world. Our goal is to create authentic encounters between artist and audience, where the unique expression is always the premise provider.

 

Background and philosophy

Meadow was founded by pianist and composer Maren Selvaag. With a background in the performing music scene, she saw untapped potential in the meeting between exceptional freelance artists and private business clients seeking something more than the ordinary. There was a lack of a professional point of contact that understood both worlds equally well.

Over the past 15 years, Meadow has developed a unique program-making expertise. Our approach is always rooted in professional expertise; we don't just curate music or features, we build bridges between a vision and the emotional resonance the audience is left with.

In a soundscape increasingly characterized by the random and generic, we seek to return to the human pulse. We select performers and create concepts where the storytelling has a nerve and credibility that lifts a message with integrity.
